Could you explain your 90 day warranty on services?
Sure.
All our services, including carry-in and on-site services, have a 90 day limited labor warranty.
This 90 day limited labor warranty covers the original service provided on invoiced and paid services only. Warranty does not cover software issues caused by customer, intentionally or unintentionally, such as virus, spyware, adware, malware, corrupted software or drivers, or hardware issues such as failed attempt to perform a repair. Should a hardware failure require re-installation of the operating system or that the labor billed in this invoice be performed again (motherboard or hard drive failure) a 50% discount will be extended for labor within the 90 days equal to the labor warranty, and the discount will be applied to the full price of the service before any other additional discounts.
